Frequently Asked Questions

How safe is my data?
Data is stored securely using Microsoft Azure, conforming to the most advanced cyber-security regulations. With built-in compliance tools, such as our AI anonymisation tool, we ensure that your data is always fully GDPR compliant.
Can I use the system on any type of device?
Yes, the system has been developed to work on all modern devices and is available to be installed on Windows and Mac OS. There are apps for mobile devices giving teachers and parents access on the go.
Do users have to be connected to the internet to access their information?
Teachers can access information and can update attendance and lesson notes when offline via our app. Users can view information and generate reports offline, but they do need to be online to make updates to information.
How long does it take to implement?
Implementations can take as little as 3 or 4 weeks depending on the size of your organisation, data migration complexity and availability of your teams for providing data and training.
Is there a cost for implementation?
We provide a method to import your data and resources to train your team free of charge. A number of new clients choose to invest in some consultancy to make the process even simpler, and ensure they implement the system in the most effective way for them. Once we have had time to understand your organisation, we can advise what you of the different options and benefits of each approach for you.
Do I have to run regular updates?
Our developers are always busy creating improvements to our systems and responding to feedback from users to continually improve your experience. Updates are run at the start of the software and take seconds to download meaning you won’t notice them.
If I take on more teachers or pupils will it cost me more?
No, our prices are based on the number and type of users in your administration team.
Will Paritor Ensemble integrate with other systems?
Yes, the system has been developed to make this simple and we regularly integrate with online payment providers, central pupil databases and accounting packages.
Will you provide training?
The system is simple to use, embedded with help functionality and free training resources, your team can learn at their own pace. We also provide on-site, online and open course based training to cater for any budget.
Can you migrate my data from my current system?
Yes, we will work with you to migrate your data from any system. We are very experienced in data migrations, so you are in good hands.
How do I get support and how much will it cost?
Support is included at no extra cost. The system has built–in help functionality and you can get support through the system by contacting one of our support team.
Can we invoice through Paritor Ensemble?
Yes, there are tools to automate both Parent and School invoices for Tuition, Hire, Ensembles and much more.
Can we take credit card payments?
Yes, we integrate to Worldpay and Sage Pay out of the box. We can also integrate with other providers.
Do I have to pay for all the functions, some of which I do not require?
Our licensing is modular, meaning you only pay for the functions you need to run your organisation. It is simple to add or remove modules, or users, once the system is in use so it can adapt to your needs as your organisation grows.
Can you generate customised reports?
Yes, one of the great benefits of Paritor Ensemble is how easy it is to access information and it is simple to generate your own bespoke reports. We also allow you to export to excel and link to data visualisation tools to build personalised dashboards. As well as this we offer a set of built in reports.
